Return & Exchange Policy

At BELAVISTA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

* Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
* Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
* Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
* Products that have been altered, washed, damaged, stained, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Refunds

* Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to BELAVISTA.
* Alternatively, a reverse pickup can be arranged at a charge of ₹150.
* For approved returns, a 10% deduction from the product value will be made towards processing and handling charges.
* The remaining refund amount will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, wherever applicable.

Exchanges

* Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
* A ₹150 exchange fee will be charged for the exchange process.
* The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability.
* If the requested size or product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal or higher value may be selected. Any price difference for a higher-priced product will be payable by the customer.

Sealed Products

Certain products may be delivered with a security seal for hygiene, quality control, and product protection.

* If a product is delivered with a security seal, the seal must remain intact for the product to be eligible for a return.
*Returns will not be accepted if the security seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.*
* This condition does not apply to genuine manufacturing defects, which will be reviewed separately by the BELAVISTA team.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery* with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the defect.

BELAVISTA will take full responsibility for genuine manufacturing defects. Once the defect is verified and approved by our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to the customer.

Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper washing, mishandling, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will not be considered manufacturing defects.

Important Notes

* All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the BELAVISTA team.
* Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be subject to separate return and exchange conditions.
* Products that have been altered, washed, damaged, stained, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
* BELAVISTA reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
